Thyseed designers didn't just sit in a studio. We took our magnifying glasses and notebooks into the homes of new parents and watched their daily routine:

We saw babies choking because the milk flow was too fast, scaring the parents.

These seemingly small moments were captured and recorded. They became design details—because behind every small frustration, there was a hidden safety gap.

Design That Thinks Ahead

Design isn't just about fixing a problem after it appears. It's about preventing it.

Preventing Choking
For our sippy cups, we added a V-shaped buffer valve. It features a "Sip-to-Open" design that opens automatically only when the baby drinks. This keeps the water flow steady and reduces the risk of choking.

Easier Night Feeding
To solve the struggle of reading bottles at night, we developed a high-contrast scale. The lines are clearly visible even in dim light, ensuring you never mix the wrong amount.

Design for Anti-Colic Comfort

To address gas and colic in newborns, Thyseed moved the air vent to the bottom of the bottle. This prevents air from passing through the milk, avoiding "bubbly milk" and significantly reducing the amount of air entering the baby's stomach.

We verified this through extensive testing at our Joint Research Laboratory, in collaboration with a world-class medical university. The bottom-vent design effectively reduces the risk of feeding-related crying and gastric discomfort.
