1. Provide a Complete & Accurate Address
To help your package arrive on time, please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect addresses may result in failed deliveries or delays.
It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and deliverable shipping address. Thyseed is not responsible for packages that are returned or deemed undeliverable due to incomplete, inaccurate, or invalid address information.
If your package is delivered to a designated pickup point (e.g., a parcel locker or local agent), it is your responsibility to retrieve it promptly. Thyseed is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to pick up the package in a timely manner.
2. Order Completion & Proof of Delivery
An order is considered completed once the shipping carrier's tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered.
If the tracking status shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier and your local delivery office directly for further investigation, as they possess the most detailed delivery records.
3. Need to Update Your Address?
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at service@thyseed.com. We will do our best to assist you before your order enters the processing stage.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after being placed. The email will include shipping details, your tracking number, and a link to track your package.
