I will start by saying that my baby was born at 32.5 weeks, so she spent a few weeks in the NICU. At first she was tube fed, then transitioned to bottles. Once we were home I was able to breastfeed more, but she was used to a bottle nipple and had trouble latching to my Medela nipple shield.
