Frequently Asked Questions
What is Thyseed Family?
Thyseed Family is our free rewards program. Earn Seeds through purchases and selected activities, then redeem them for savings, free shipping, and selected Thyseed products.
How do I earn Seeds?
Earn Seeds by joining Thyseed Family, shopping, following Thyseed on Instagram, and adding your birthday in advance. Explore the Ways to Earn section and its calculator to see how the rewards add up.
How do I redeem my Seeds?
Open your rewards account, choose an available reward, and review its Seed cost, membership level, minimum spending, and other terms. Joy confirms eligibility and handles the real redemption.
How do I move up to the next membership level?
Your level is based on cumulative spending with Thyseed. Explore the three level cards above and use the spending explorer to see each milestone. Spending Seeds does not lower your spending level.
What do the earning multipliers mean?
Your level increases the Seeds you earn from purchases. The base rate is multiplied by your level’s earning rate. The Seed calculator shows the difference; welcome, Instagram, and birthday rewards stay fixed.
How does the referral program work?
Share your personal referral link from your rewards account. Both you and your friend can receive the referral offer shown above, with no minimum spend. Follow the eligibility and use instructions in your rewards account.
When should I add my birthday?
Add your birthday at least 30 days in advance to qualify for the birthday reward. Your rewards account confirms eligibility and reward timing.
Do Seeds expire?
Please refer to the latest Thyseed Family program terms in your rewards account for information about Seed expiration and reward availability.
